The Brazil Homepage, Deals and Events team is looking for a customer-obsessed and data-driven pazarlama mind to strengthen our ability to delight customers.

As Homepage & Events Sr. Pazarlama Manager, you will work with local and international pazarlama and business stakeholders, balancing different needs in an ambiguous scenario. You will support new launches and drive experiments to enhance Homepage customer experience and engagement.

Additionally, you will lead the cross-channel integrated pazarlama plan to launch promotional events like Prime Day and Black Friday, driving a cohesive communication strategy across stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced pazarlama professional to lead and own customer-facing pazarlama initiatives and implement best-in-class strategies. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering customer insights and execute cross channel pazarlama campaigns to drive customer acquisition, activation, reactivation and retention.

Serving as a bridge between our customers and the business, this individual will have the responsibility to drive online pazarlama strategies to influence customer perceptions.

The successful candidate must have the ability to work autonomously, have excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to influence others and balance conflicting priorities, working closely with various local and global teams (commercial, creative, product, advertising).

Key job responsibilities

  • Own Brazil Homepage strategy, balancing stakeholder priorities considering customer data, tenets and business long-term goals.
  • Owns Homepage content calendar, partnering with internal creative teams to drive fresh and seasonal content, supporting discoverability.
  • Rolls out Homepage experiments and new feature launches, leading localization and training local partner teams.
  • Tracks and reports on Homepage performance.
  • Acts as the onsite customer experience quality gate-keeper for Homepage and Events.
  • Lead cross-channel integrated pazarlama plan for major promotional Events like Prime Day and Black Friday, including strategy write-up, implementation and post-mortem.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 9+ years of professional non-internship pazarlama experience
  • Experience in online advertising/pazarlama/sales/digital media
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional pazarlama programs
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in Brazillian Portuguese.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • Experience with kontrol and learn, pazarlama optimization, and experimentation
