Solutions Engineer What You Will Do Participate in pre-sales stages and in the integration process Ensure the business value of the integration for Zubale and the customer Internal and external stakeholder management Design systems integrations with Corporate and SMB customers Execute integration projects from the assessment to the production implementation Project management to track progress and unlock blockers and opportunities Deliver the outputs of the project to internal and external stakeholders The skills and experience you will bring More than 1 year experience working with software integrations (managing ) Should have development background at least 1 year doing development work Pre-sales experience is desirable but not mandatory Must have: Portuguese, English – Advanced level Must be able to gather customer requirements and translate to technical teams.

Strong technical documentation skills, like Architecture, Flow and UML diagrams Must be proactive and eager to create rather than wait for something to happen Ability to deal with conflict and resolve appropriately Must be confident and reliable Entrepreneur mentality – positive attitude with hustle, persistence and strong work ethic Team player attitude Autonomy and outcome oriented culture
