About the Company : The contracting company is a partner studio with more than 10 years in the market, recognized for its creativity and innovation.

️ Main Responsibilities : Design, develop, and operate low-latency, efficient, and reliable backend microservices to be used by the game client and other internal services.
Ensure the quality and reliability of the developed systems by adopting load testing, automation, and unit testing practices .
Ensure the operational excellence of the developed systems by adopting observability practices, scalability, and reliability designs in the cloud .
Participate in the architecture and code review processes of the team.
Mentor less experienced developers on the team, sharing knowledge and contributing to their growth.
Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and developing distributed systems on large-scale platforms .
Skilled professional experience with containerization technologies and microservices architecture .
Skilled professional experience operating distributed systems in the cloud , applying observability best practices and tools .
A passion for learning and an interest in Go (previous experience is not required, but experience with at least one high-level language like C++, Rust, Java, C#, Erlang, or Elixir is required).
A good working knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server .
Experience in troubleshooting and identifying optimization opportunities in backend systems.
Knowledge of the Linux environment .
Effective communication skills and a willingness to share knowledge and collaborate with others.
Fluent in English – Must be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, both verbally and in writing.

Resident in Brazil (or as specified by the company).

Desirable: Experience working with Public Clouds (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

Experience implementing and operating CI/CD pipelines .
Experience designing systems in the cloud with infrastructure-as-code frameworks .
Experience developing and supporting systems deployed on Kubernetes or AWS ECS .

Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis, DynamoDB).

General Information: Area: Technology

• Game Development Project/contract duration : 6 months (renewable every six months) Proficiency level: Full/Senior Strong possibility of renewing the contract after the end of the project Remote work, with service provision contract (PJ).
