What will you do-

We are looking for RGM Sr Analyst to be responsible for the RGM strategies for Tylenol and Benalet. The focus of this position is on building best-in class strategies for 3 RGM pillars- Price, Promotion and Assortment while guaranteeing full integration with brand’s opportunities in Distribution and TDP to leverage sell-out performance.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Lead price, assortment and promotional strategy outside-in definition and price list process by Region/Channel for Tylenol;
  • Build and track Price and Promotional execution from building cardapio to guidelines adherence, ROI and post-mortem analysis.
  • Integrate cross-channel reviews with O2O initiatives, to guarantee offline and online complementarity of strategies.
  • Integrate into IBP process leading the discussions of volume for RGM building blocks of Tylenol.
  • Connect with Marketing, Shopper, Finance and Supply to guarantee inputs and squad perspectives to enhance RGM deliverables and initiatives.
  • Guarantee execution evolution by using and delivering feedback to RGM tracking tools and bringing opportunities with impact across Kenvue brands.
  • Lead RGM’s roadmap defined projects and maximize their impact on Company OKR’s.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, economy, or finance.
  • Relevant RGM experience, or/and in Marketing Research working on price/promo projects.
  • Experience working with P&L, profitability, and ROI analysis.
  • Strong communication, analytical, attention to detail and influence skills.
  • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint. Tableau is a plus.
  • Advanced English.
