Among other tasks, here’s what you’ll be doing as a Distribution Center Manager:

• Leading and executing strategic supply chain programs to enhance efficiency, agility, and resilience.
• Identifying and implementing best practices across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory management and customer service.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Responsible for the financial performance in line with agreed budgets
• Responsible for a safe and healthy working environment of the site.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a logistical or industrial engineering area.
• Strong working experience from an automated spare parts distribution center environment in a similar people managers position characterized by complex stakeholder management in LATAM and an international matrix environment.
• Implementation of warehouse automation and/or distribution center lay-out and process design.
• Customer Service and procurement experience.
• Expertise in supply chain processes, including lean methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to influence and inspire teams.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI) is a plus.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to manage complex projects.
• English and Spanish are mandatory.
• Position requiring 100% on-site.
