- Foreign Trade Analyst**:
### Responsibilities:
- **Management of Import and Export Processes**:
- Coordinate and monitor import and export processes, ensuring compliance with customs and tax regulations.
- Prepare and analyze the necessary documentation, such as licenses, certificates of origin, commercial invoices, and bills of lading.
- **Negotiation and Communication with International Suppliers and Clients**:
- Establish and maintain business relationships with international suppliers, clients, and carriers.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and payment conditions, as well as freight and logistics agreements.
- **International Logistics**:
- Plan and coordinate international cargo transportation, including selecting modes of transport, consolidating cargo, and controlling timelines.
- Monitor the transit of goods, ensuring they arrive at their final destination according to schedule.
- **Market and Cost Analysis**:
- Conduct market analysis to identify international business opportunities.
- Estimate and control import and export costs, considering tariffs, taxes, and other charges.
- **Compliance**:
- Ensure that all operations comply with international trade laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in legislation and international trade agreements.
- **Monitoring Foreign Exchange Operations**:
- Manage foreign exchange transactions and monitor currency fluctuations that may impact import and export costs.
- Work with banks and brokers to carry out the necessary transactions.
### Qualifications:
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields.
- **Professional Experience**: Previous experience in foreign trade operations, international logistics, or related areas.
- **Communication Skills**: Proficiency in foreign languages, especially English, is generally required.
- **Knowledge of Legislation**: In-depth knowledge of customs and tax regulations, as well as international treaties and trade agreements.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to conduct market and cost analysis, and make strategic decisions.
- **Attention to Detail**: Precision in preparing and verifying documents and managing operational processes.
