Vestas Development is a newly established strategic business unit contributing to growth and supporting renewable energy project development. We are looking for a professional to our LATAM team, providing comprehensive administrative support and collaborating with various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and archive project documents, ensuring transparency with Finance and PM teams.
- Prepare and manage data rooms for due diligence in project sales and financing.
- Process purchase requests and orders, assisting in financial administration.
- Provide daily administrative support to the LATAM development team.
- Oversee the addition of new suppliers and manage supplier data in the Ariba system.
- Resolve invoice issues and support the financial area.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administration.
- Degree-level education with administrative or legal background is important.
- Experience in project-based and multi-subsidiary businesses.
- Knowledge of SAP, DMS system or similar, Office package, and main IT tools.
