Role Purpose
Ensure the availability of materials and products, assuring desired service level and inventory levels appropriate through the development and planning processes improvement, in a setting of high rate of innovation, strong seasonal sales, growing market. Ensure and strengthen the alignment of interfaces with other areas of the company, setting local, regional and global levels. Ensure continuous improvements activities related to factory flexibility, assuring factory fast response for all of our customers
Main Accountabilities
Strategy
- Participate in the development of the overall regional/PC strategy.
Management
- Management the areas of PC Planning, Logistics, IIM and International Trade.
Service Level
- Ensure availability of standard finished goods in line with demands provided by MU’s/SC Region in compliance with required standards, regulations and corporate/regional planning guidelines to ensure defined Service Level targets at defined product quality.
Planning
- Responsible for management of the capacity production and ensure stock adequate levels. Constant planning and coordination of daily production at utilization of the given technology and capacity and efficient material flows and logistics in compliance with set standards, regulations and guidelines.
IIM Process
- Ensure planning and coordination of launches and re-launches with brands, regional SC and DCs in order to guarantee a timely, quality, cost and service optimizes launch /re-launch of finished goods.
- Management the process of centralized master data (materials, suppliers Pc), ensuring agility, transparency, quality and security of the database and documentation.
Logistics
- Responsible for the management of logistics processes within the plant and definition of goals and strategies in the area
International Trade
- Management of Foreign Trade, that’s include import and export of finished products and materials.
Safety
- responsible for the safety culture within production areas.
Productivity
- Foster a budget, productivity mindset to secure future investment capability
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
- University / higher education degree;
- 7 to 10 years experience in Supply Chain/Production Planning Departments;
- Marketing and Sales Concepts;
- Fluent English and Advanced Spanish;
- Leadership of teams.
