The General Manager LATAM for the Precision Technologies BU is responsible for leading sales growth and business development activities in the region. The role involves recruiting and developing a commercial team, managing channel partners and customers, and formulating business strategies to increase sales revenue and market share. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of sales management experience, a background in industrial products, fluency in English, and expertise in P&L management.
Reporting to the VP of Sales Americas, the main responsibilities will be:
– Sales Growth & Market Development
– Team Leadership & Development
– P&L Management
Requirements:
– 10+ years sales leadership experience in a diverse, multi country environment preferably with P&L responsibilities in similar industrial markets at a senior level
– Channel experience in both direct and indirect sales models
– Experience in relationship building with internal and external customers at a high level
– Strong business acumen
– Demonstrated transformational leadership skills
– Excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to effectively interact with all levels of an organization
– Proven experience in developing and implementing growth strategies
– Ability to travel up to 50% of time
– Bachelor in Business or Equivalent; MBA -favorable
– Knowledge of positive displacement pumps and applications a strong advantage
