DACK Trading is an internationally recognized trade brokerage firm. We are seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to spread our commodity sales business from and to Brazil. We facilitate the trading of a diverse range of commodities, handling over 45,000 tons per month of spices, pulses, nuts, grains, sugar, and other products.
Our vast network stretches across nearly 60 countries, creating a unique blend of global perspectives and local expertise. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute international supply chain and sales strategies to boost revenue and market penetration.
Identify and explore new business opportunities, including emerging markets and partnerships. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with buyers and stakeholders. Address buyer inquiries promptly and efficiently. Ensure timely delivery of products as per buyer specifications.
Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and social media. Meet and exceed sales targets within established timelines. Requirements: At least 6 years of international commodity sales experience. In-depth knowledge of grains, nuts, spices, seeds, pulses, sugar, and related commodities (required) Proven sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral. Ability to build and sustain strong buyer relationships. Application Process: Shortlisted candidates will receive an email with instructions for theoretical and practical assessments.
The theoretical assessment must be completed within 24 hours. Successful candidates will then be invited to complete a practical assessment simulating a real international sales scenario. Following the practical kontrol, candidates will be invited to virtual interview rounds if successful.
