We are looking for an E2E Designer (Service and Interface) to create complete and innovative experiences, connecting service design with the development of functional and intuitive digital interfaces. This professional will be crucial in designing user journeys that inspire and add value to the business.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end (E2E) experiences, considering all user touchpoints.

Develop prototypes and wireframes for functional and visually appealing interfaces.

Conduct user research to understand behaviors, needs, and pain points.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with business strategies.

Perform usability testing and iterate solutions based on user feedback.

Document workflows, processes, and design standards to ensure consistency across projects.

Proven experience in Service Design and UI/UX Design.

Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Experience with research methodologies and user journey mapping.

Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).

Degree in Design, Communication, Technology, or related fields.

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

Hybrid model: 3 days per week onsite in Campinas, Brazil.
