Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Commercial Operations Intern to join our Sales & Marketing department. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in CRM management, data analysis, and report generation within the telecommunications industry. As an intern, you will work closely with our commercial team to ensure the smooth operation of sales processes and the effective use of data to drive business decisions.

Core Responsibilities

  • CRM Management:

Create and update opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring all customer and prospect data is accurate and up-to-date.

Assist in maintaining the CRM database by cleaning and organizing data to ensure consistency and integrity.

Support the sales team by tracking and managing leads, opportunities, and customer interactions within the CRM.

Identify and qualify leads, contact potential clients, generate business opportunities, and support the sales team by scheduling meetings.

  • Sales Support:

Assist the sales team in data entry and management tasks related to sales orders, contracts, and customer information.

Provide administrative support in preparing sales documents, proposals, and presentations.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups on leads and opportunities.

  • Data Management and Analysis:

Compile, analyze, and summarize sales data from various sources to support sales strategies and decision-making.

Assist in tracking key sales metrics and KPIs to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Report Generation:

Generate periodic reports for the commercial team, highlighting trends, opportunities, and challenges in the sales pipeline.

Assist in creating dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to the sales team.

Ensure all reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with the needs of the commercial team.

  • General Administrative Support:

Provide general support to the commercial team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and coordinating events.

Assist with other ad hoc tasks and projects as needed by the commercial and sales teams.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field (graduating in/after July 2025)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • English level B2+ is a must.
  • Skilled in analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A plus includes having experience the coursework, internships, personal projects or research.
  • Commercial aspiration
  • Good attitude to perform and develop demonstrating results
