Vaga de Accounting Manager – Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
Develop and maintain effective internal controls to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Prepare and present monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Coordinate the annual audit process and assist with the preparation of tax returns.
Provide strategic financial advice and support to senior management to support business decisions.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy within the accounting department.
Manage and motivate a team of accounting professionals to achieve common goals and objectives.
Communicate financial information to stakeholders, including shareholders, banks, and regulatory agencies.
Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and legislation to ensure compliance.
Declaration of SPED-ECD.
QualificationsBachelor Degree in Accounting or other related field, experience as Accounting Manager.
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Good knowledge in Oracle operation and logic.
Familiar to Brazilian accounting principles and respond quickly to the change.
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
Fluent in spoken & written English.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization.
