As an Account Executive Director, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and revenue growth for the organization, understanding the US-LATAM business dynamics.

  • Lead business development efforts to strengthen and expand the company’s presence in the US and LATAM markets.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage and optimize client relationships, sales pipelines, and business operations.
  • Travel frequently (50%) between the US and LATAM regions to foster client relationships, negotiate deals, and ensure project success.
  • Develop strategic initiatives that align with the company’s international growth objectives.
  • Act as a problem-solver and work independently to overcome obstacles and drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Studies: A High School Degree is required. Desirable higher studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Finances, Logistics or any other career-related.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in International Business (Import-Export) and leadership experience at a Director level is required. Must have a proven understanding of US-LATAM business dynamics.
  • Other requirements: Proficiency with HubSpot CRM. A valid US Visa is required for travel purposes.
  • Language: Advanced English skills. C1 or higher is required.

Perks:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central Time).
  • Contract: Indefinite term contract + Benefits:
  • Location: Only for Sao Paulo, Brazil. This position is remote; however, candidates should be available to visit the office if needed and have the flexibility to travel to the U.S.
  • Compensation: Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience and skills.
