We’re looking for outbound call center reps to help our clients—home service companies—build powerful referral partnerships. Your mission? Cold-call B2 B prospects and spark conversations that drive new business relationships.What You’ll Do: Make outbound B2 B cold calls to potential referral partners Engage, qualify, and schedule appointments for our clients Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism Maintain detailed call records and follow-up strategies Work remotely with a team of like-minded sales ninjas!

What We’re Looking For Strong verbal communication & persuasion skills Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferred but not required) Resilience, confidence, and a positive attitude Ability to handle objections and keep the conversation going Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Competitive hisse + bonuses for performance!
