What does your job look like? As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the organization by analyzing and translating complex data into meaningful information to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with business and technology teams to understand requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure that information systems meet business needs.

Your main responsibilities will be to Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Data Modeling: Design and maintain data models, ensuring data integrity and quality.
Reporting and Visualization: Create reports and dashboards, using visualization tools to communicate findings effectively.
Process Optimization: Identify and propose data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and business processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with business teams, software development, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication.

Project Management: Participate in and manage data-related projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

What you need to succeed in this role Previous experience in data analysis, preferably in a business environment.
Knowledge of data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
Proficiency in using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with databases and data modeling techniques.
Knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) and Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services.
Experience and knowledge in multidimensional models.
Advanced/conversational English (Level B2 and above).
