Project Manager – São Paulo

Our global client is looking to add two Application-focused Project Managers to lead several key ongoing initiatives. Candidates are expected to have the ability to lead and manage the delivery of multiple concurrent complex software development projects, and possess a strong understanding of HR and Finance applications/processes and how they integrate that integrate into various ERP systems such as Workday and JDE.

Likewise, Proficiency in project management software (particularly Planview) and experience with data migration, system configuration, and testing are very important.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end delivery of complex system solutions, establishing and controlling project constraints and scope
• Managing relationships and communication with all project stakeholders. Agreeing approach to delivery within the delivery project team
• Leading and coaching the project team as appropriate and according to the needs of the individual project
• Ensure that the scrum team adheres to scrum theory, practices and rules, and work as a servant leader within the project team.
• Providing clear ownership for and visibility of the resolution of all project risks and issues
• Provide thorough documentation in Planview
• Lead improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of the project delivery service and contribute to the identification of areas of improvement.
• Providing regular, constructive feedback to project team members and their line managers
• Providing progress updates into the IT and business stake holders
• Develop and maintain effective and proactive relationships with all business and IT stake holders and management

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in the delivery of projects in an agile environment
• Strong understanding of HR and Finance applications/processes and how they integrate that integrate into various ERP systems such as Workday and JDE
• Enthusiastic, driven, self-motivated with a focus on customer service

Fluency in English and Portuguese
