We are looking for a Designer & Content Creator in Brazil

We are seeking a talented and creative individual, an entrepreneurial and highly driven Designer & Content Creator to join our team. The Designer & Content Creator will report to the MKT Manager LATAM based in São Paulo. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging content and captivating motion graphics to support our pazarlama initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for design, proficiency in multimedia software tools, and excellent communication skills.

Summary & Duties:

The Design and Content Creator will work within a driven and highly motivated team to provide and build a great communication journey for Brazil’s largest agencies and direct advertisers. The position will entail the following main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Regional Pazarlama Manager to maintain consistency in messaging across all pazarlama initiatives.
  • Contribute with ideas and insights to enhance pazarlama communication effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the pazarlama team to develop content strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Generate original, high-quality written content for various platforms including social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns, in addition to handling the translation & creative adaptation of various content types.
  • Create compelling visuals, including graphics, images, and infographics, to enhance content effectiveness.
  • Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, integrating findings into content development.
  • Key Visuals rollout for campaigns.

Motion & Digital Design:

  • Conceptualize and execute dynamic motion graphics and animations for pazarlama videos, advertisements, presentations, and digital campaigns.
  • Develop storyboards and visual concepts to effectively communicate ideas and messages.
  • Ensure brand consistency and visual integrity across all motion design projects.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in digital design to enhance creativity and innovation.

Event Organization and Promotion:

  • Assist in organizing and promoting local events such as webinars, panels, and other pazarlama initiatives.
  • Work closely with the pazarlama team to ensure seamless execution of events communication and drive brand awareness.

Ad-Hoc Initiatives:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including pazarlama, design, and sales, to ensure content and motion design align with campaign objectives and messaging.
  • Communicate project timelines, milestones, and requirements effectively to stakeholders.
  • Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Pazarlama, Business, Communications, or related field – a plus if any in the mobile/digital advertising industry.
  • Good communicator with a good level of written and spoken English language.
  • Very hands-on, a self-starter, and goal-oriented, able to work without supervision. With a passion for pazarlama and proven skills in driving brand initiatives, creating content, pazarlama analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and to adapt quickly to changes.
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment (even if remote), partnering with other departments across the group including Sales, Pazarlama, Account Management & Tech.
  • Organized, methodical, and logical, with phenomenal communication skills.
  • Diligent work ethic and ability to adapt to different cultures.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
