Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant – Brasília

The ideal candidate will support prioritizing demands based on effort and technical complexity, document technical requirements, and provide detailed technical guidance for constructing customer journeys. Additionally, the role includes training clients, offering internal and external technical support, validating delivered activities, and executing health checks.

Responsibilities: Configure new Pazarlama Cloud instances and business units (BUs).

Suggest technical improvements for ongoing projects.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients.
Support in prioritizing demands by assessing effort versus technical complexity.
Document technical requirements for project execution.
Provide technical detailing for the construction of customer journeys.
Conduct training sessions for clients.
Offer internal and external technical support.
Validate delivered activities to ensure quality and accuracy.

Execute health checks to maintain system integrity.

Requirements
At least 3 years of practical experience in Pazarlama Cloud.
Proficiency in SQL and Ampscript.
Knowledge of CRM and Pazarlama principles.
Storytelling ability to convey complex ideas simply.
Strong analytical thinking skills.
Effective communication skills.
Strategic thinking for long-term planning.
Adaptability to changing environments.
