Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Manual and Automation of API/Front End tests Web suites using existing and new frameworks as cucumber and ruby
• Assist Technical Support to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis
• Analyze results and deliver test summaries and recommendations to the product team
• Investigate results script failures in automated test plans.
• Ability to enjoy the challenges of your work and see them as opportunities to learn

Technical Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated analysis, problem solving and skills troubleshooting expertise
• Experience applying test methodologies, create test plans, execute automate test cases.
• Understanding of database concepts and data management (RDBMS), SQL or another DB.
• Have knowledge in some CI/CD like Jenkins or Gitlab CI.

Other Essential Qualities

• Must be thorough, precise and have a strong eye for detail
• Able to work independently on tasks while also being able to work well within a dynamic Agile/scrum team
• Have strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented focus
• Have a passion for “breaking things” and a desire to learn from each QA tas
• Bachelor’s degree
• Able to work Hybrid (3x Office 2x Home office)
