Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic pazarlama team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital pazarlama, data analysis, and automation tools. This role requires a strategic thinker who can create, implement, and optimize pazarlama campaigns based on data insights to drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and manage digital pazarlama campaigns across various channels including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.
  2. Analyze pazarlama data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Utilize tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  3. Work closely with analytics teams to generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  4. Optimize and help create pazarlama automation workflows using HubSpot.
  5. Collaborate with the pazarlama team to gömü retargeting goals, target audience segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with overall pazarlama objectives.
  6. Continuously monitor retargeting campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  7. Execute comprehensive retargeting strategies to re-engage website visitors and previous customers across digital channels, including display ads, social media platforms, email pazarlama, and search engine pazarlama.
  8. Implement and manage SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility and drive website traffic.
  9. Conduct A/B tests to optimize pazarlama campaigns and improve conversion rates.
  10. Understand and map out the customer journey to create personalized pazarlama experiences.
  11. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and personalized messaging tailored to specific audience segments.
  12. Take part in project management for all pazarlama activities using Monday.com and JIRA.
  13. Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support integrated pazarlama efforts.
  14. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital pazarlama and data analysis.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Pazarlama, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in Digital pazarlama, preferably in a SaaS or healthcare environment.
  3. Proficiency in pazarlama automation tools, specifically HubSpot.
  4. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI).
  5. Experience with SEO and SEM strategies and tools.
  6. Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot).
  7. Understanding of webhooks and API integrations.
  8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  9. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  11. Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset.

Location

This is a full-time remote position.

Hours

Available during standard US business hours (9am-5pm EST or 8:30am-4:30pm EST).
