Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personnel Administration Assistant to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support various administrative functions related to employee management and ensure smooth HR operations.

  • Assist in the admissional process, including the upload of the data to the HR ticket tool, checking the documents and the requirements.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with payroll administration and benefits management.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Help organize the area and support in the 5S program.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
