- At our Vila Sao Paolo office, you’ll work with a superstar team of Monks to win pitches and prepare concepts for production.
- First and foremost, your role will be to be a creative steward for the brands you work on and to create industry and headline-defining work.
- The role is also about winning new work by developing creative ideas in response to client briefs and RFPs.
- You will be the creative lead on several concurrent projects, helping finetune the concept by fleshing out the final features and flow.
Requirements
- We are looking for a true-born creative with an innate taste for technology, an instinct for interaction and a natural feel for digital aesthetics.
- You have worked in brand communications and can ideate and execute social-first ideas and content alongside stunts and experiences.
- You can communicate in English at a high, international level.
- You can clearly present digital and physical concepts to non-technical crowds.
- You are experienced applying your concept skills to a wide variety of projects.
- You can think big and come up with creative applications for new and emerging technologies.
- You understand the process and politics of advertising by heart, and absolutely love production.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership to diverse creative teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and excellence – all in the service of developing and pitching creative concepts, experiences and brand communications.
- Develop work that aligns with client goals and drive measurable results.
- Participate in building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering creative solutions that exceed expectations.
- Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless execution of creative concepts from ideation to final delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure our work remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality and creativity in all deliverables, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.
- Motivate, inspire and manage a team of creatives.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in a senior creative leadership role at a top-tier agency. Experience in both digital and traditional agencies is a big plus.
- An exceptional portfolio of projects showcasing a range of projects, particularly those that demonstrate innovative thinking and successful outcomes for high-profile clients.
- Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. As well as a familiarity with emerging digital platforms and technologies.
- Visionary thinker, collaborative leader, passionate about creativity and technology, with a relentless drive for excellence.
